WiW – Week 3

I know, I’m late again writing my weekly weigh in post.

Due to last week being half term and I still wasn’t feeling 100%, I just didn’t seem to have the energy to do much.

I’m continuing with listening to my Slimpod every night and I am starting to see the benefits. I am not eating as big a portions as normal. I still need to work more on choosing the healthier option and cut down on the sweet things. I just love cake and chocolate!!

However, this week has been a good week. I’m not sure if its because of the Slimpod or the illness, but I have lost this week :)

So this weeks WiW results are:

Week Three: Lost 1lb – 11st 9lbs (163lbs)

Week Two: stayed same 11st 10lbs (164lbs)

Week One: stayed same 11st 10lbs (164lbs)
