
This week has been more productive. Not so much in the weight department, but I have lost inches instead.
I have been listening to my Thinking Slimmer Slimpod for the recommended 21days and then I re-measured myself and was surprised by how much I had actually lost.
Here are my results:
Upper Arm: 11inches (1inch loss)
Chest: 35inches (1inch loss)
Waist: 42inches (2inch loss)
Hips: 40inches (no change)
Thigh: 20inches (no change)
Weight wise I have remained the same again. I’m hoping to concentrate more on inch loss than weight, although it is nice to see the weight going down too.
I need to also get in to the habit of meal planning, as I think that will help stick to healthy meals.
So, this weeks WiW results are:
Week Four: stayed same – 11st 9lbs (163lbs)
Week Three: Lost 1lb – 11st 9lbs (163lbs)
Week Two: stayed same 11st 10lbs (164lbs)
Week One: stayed same 11st 10lbs (164lbs)




















Keep up the good work! Losing inches is also important for me as well as losing weight, especially when I am trying to wear my old pants. I’ve also set myself a weight goal and I hope to see some progress in one month. Goodluck to both of us!
